     Após Noboru (Saitoh Takumi) salvar Hayase (Ryunosuke Kawai) de um afogamento dando-lhe respiração boca-a-boca, o pobre Hayase fica confuso sobre seus sentimentos. Ao mesmo tempo envolve-se com Ryu, irmão gêmeo de Noboru. Mas Ryu tem uma personalidade muito diferente do irmão.
Por quem Hayase realmente se apaixonou?!

After Noboru saves Hayase from drowning by giving him mouth-to-mouth, Hayase grows confused about his feelings. It doesn't help that around the same time he meets Noboru's twin brother Ryu who has a very different, outgoing personality.

美大で写真を専攻する深水ノボル（斎藤工）は、不器用な性格から孤独なキャンパス生活を送っていた。ある日、ノボルは同じ大学の早瀬耕平（河合龍之介）が湖で溺れているところを人工呼吸で助ける。それ以来、ノボルが気になりはじめた早瀬は偶然、ノボルの双子の弟・リュウ（斎藤工・二役）に出会う。性格の違う双子の兄弟と親密になっていく早瀬だが、ノボルとリュウが抱えた過去、トラウマ、真実を知ることに・・・。
